Broken Mirror enriches the familiar function of a mirror by transforming it into an object of art.Constructed from discarded mirror slats found in the waste bin of a mirror factory, the piece gives new life to fragments that were once considered unusable.
The 90° composition creates a reflection of reality, yet simultaneously opens a quiet doorway to step beyond it.Through its fractured origins and altered geometry, the work invites the viewer to look twice, to question what they see, and to consider how easily perception can shift between truth, distortion, and escape.
