100% - 195071 is an urn created in memory of my grandfather, Louis Scarcériaux. The urn consists of nine individual channels, each representing a distinct part of the human body: the skeleton, brain and nervous system, circulatory system, respiratory system, digestive system, muscular system, skin, organs, and remaining biological matter.

With his total ashes weighing 4kg, I meticulously calculated the exact percentage for each channel, redistributing them to reconstruct a human in its entirety. This act was not just about preserving remains, but about honoring presence—195071, a number that encapsulates both loss and completion.

This piece is an exploration of memory, materiality, and the idea that even in absence, we remain whole.
